Especially due to the fact that we have several locations it is crucial that scheduling be done carefully.
— Your $50. deposit will be "credited" toward the cost of your desired procedure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 72-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, please know that we will then require "full payment of the desired procedure" in order to reschedule. And, again, an additional non-refundable deposit of $50.
(as part of full procedure cost) will be required to schedule a new appointment.
RESCHEDULING / LATE POLICY:
If you are late to your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If you choose to reschedule or postpone your appointment, a minimum 48 hour notice is required or else your deposit becomes non-refundable.
And, if you do not reschedule, you will lose your $50. deposit and future appointments will require another $50. deposit in order to secure your appointment.
